At ExtraPrinter, every item is custom-made just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept general returns for reasons like “change of mind” or incorrect sizing. However, your satisfaction is our priority — and we stand behind the quality of our products.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a replacement or refund if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- The item received does not match your order (wrong design, size, or product).
- Your order was lost in transit and never arrived.
2. Timeframe
All claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to process replacements or refunds.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized items with correct prints and sizes.
- Products returned due to customer error (e.g., incorrect size selection, wrong design upload).
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
4. Process for Refunds/Exchanges
- Contact us at support@extraprinter.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable).
- Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a refund to your original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs
- If the error is ours (damaged, defective, wrong product), we cover all costs.
- If the return is due to customer error (wrong size, design, or address), shipping and replacement costs may apply.
6. Refund Method
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
